This venue is quite clean and is located in a great building close to the center of Ljubljana.

The room was clean. The tv had many channels with original English programming. The breakfast was adequate. Friendly, English speaking staff. The internet in the room using a cable was strong.

The most misleading part of the hotel advertising is the sauna and jacuzzi. I chose the hotel because of this, but when I asked to use them, they said I must pay 40 Euros extra, each day I would use them. My standard single room was one of the smallest I've ever been in after traveling to over 65 countries around the world. I recommend you only stay in a larger room. Make sure you ask the kitchen to make fresh coffee for the breakfast bar.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. Isidore at the front desk deserves a special mention for his amazing service, even going so far as to order me food when the restaurant was closed. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh pastries and a made-to-order omelette. The attention to detail and quality service from the staff were truly priceless. Additionally, the hotel's location in a quiet village just outside Ljubljana provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the room with a balcony and a view of the beautiful woods. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, taking in the natural surroundings. All the rooms with balconies were fully booked, which shows how popular and sought after they are. The prices at this hotel were also great value for money considering the level of service and amenities provided. The basic amenities in the room were all in good condition and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory.
